Job Description
Dell Technologies to provide two L1 onsite Resources for 1 year ( 1 RE at Pune and 1 RE at Noida location)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Resident engineer is responsible to
- Manage Power Edge 12G, 13G, 14G server.
To monitor health of hardware.
- To log a case with technical support if required.
- To do 1st level of troubleshooting
- To prepare, daily, weekly and monthly report.
- To support customer for any downtime activities which is scheduled over weekend or after office hours.
- To work 09 hours a day and 05 days in a week.
- Duration of Resident Engineer will be limited to 1 Year only.
- Operational responsibility
- Daily administration activities to support the customer IT environment.
- Execute Changes in a way that delivers quality and positive improvements.
- Handle and manage the restoration of service with minimum disruption to the operating environment
- Efficiency – Enhances the process, reporting and implements the agreed–upon solutions
Implementing DT Services Best Practices with alignment of Customer’s objective.
